About
The
attorneys at Clarion Law have significant experience at prominent Silicon Valley
law firms and relevant in-house legal experience at technology companies.
Clarion
Law attorneys are experienced transactional lawyers who understand how to bring
contracts to closure quickly and efficiently.
Because of this, we are able to deliver our services in
significantly less time than other law firms. Moreover, we understand our
clients' businesses, and we recognize that our role is to facilitate our
clients' business objectives, not to create legal obstacles. We know when to
raise issues in contracts and, more importantly, when not to do so. Companies
use Clarion Law for its contract, transactional and corporate needs because our
attorneys are more experienced in these types of matters than many attorneys at
other firms.
At
Clarion Law, we aim to provide the highest quality legal services in our areas
of expertise and develop long-term partnerships with our clients.
Clarion
Law is managed by Heayoon Woo, its Founder and Principal Attorney.
Heayoon has more than 12 years of experience in technology licensing
transactions and strategic partnerships, corporate securities law, private
financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, both in international
and domestic contexts.
